How to study English

  I thought that speaking is most important for me for one manth because my vocaburary is not enough and I can't speak with my host family. If I can do, my answering and reacting is always same. that is so bad. So I often watched TV program that is "Tree house"for children and I learned some phrases such as " You bet!!" and " okiy-dok". After going home, I will study English by movies and anime because conversation in them is so useful that I can use some phrases. Also, I will use some websites that Les tought me. Sometimes I go to the homepages that is kind of slangs and idioms and I wrote down my note.
  I try to study English hard!!
  

About NANAIMO

  NANAIMO is a good place because there are traditional , interesting and beautiful things. For example, I found an old hospital, a picturesque city holl and a  mysterious  monkey tree. I was so excited!!!

Lesson

A woman was sitting on a bench and she had her favorite snacks.

There were many birds around her so she thought that I gave my snacks

to these birds. Then, some birds came toward her to eat snacks. After few minutes,too many birds came and ate her. She disappeared.

Too considerate makes you bothered.

Japan

At first, I introduce difference from Canada.  In Japan, when a traffic light is red, I cannot turn right so I was surprised at doing in Canada. Also, people in Canada is strong against cold and they are very kind while driving.

MY WEEKEND

On saturday, I went shopping with my friends, Buyako, Rina Mizuki, and Ayaka to Woodgrove Mall. Although Buyako was late because of bus, I had nice day!!  I bought three clothes and souvenirs for my mother, older sister and friend in japan. I'm soooo happy.

On sunday, I had watched TV from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm because my host familiy worked. I often watch Treehouse that is tv program for children because it's easy to understand. I like this TV  program!!!  After that, they went back home so we went to DownTown to eat our dinner that was seafood and I encountered two friends and teachers.

After dinner, I studied English and I got some expression that ' Good for you' and 'Bet you'.

My weekend was very good.

  I am minako ando and from Japan and have black hairs. I have a father who works at a city hall, mother who wroks at my granpa's company, older sister who works at a bank and a dog that is a japanese dog "Shiba-ken".  Now, I am staying a host family in Nanaimo and I enjoying my life.
